“I have these and they won't pair to each other. I can get them into pairing mode where both flash red & blue, but they won't pair to each other. They are both fully charged. I can get them to both be the purple and them to be one each but no combo works.”

I had this problem & I couldn't get them to pair no matter how many videos & walkthroughs I tried. I ended up fixing them by just putting them back in the box and resetting everything thing. They went back to normal themselves. I hope this works for you. It certainly did for me.

Make sure whatever you are trying to pair them to is not in bluetooth mode first, then they should pair together by the instructions. After that, they should always automatically pair together as long as you let them pair first, then to your device.
