I was a bit unsettled the first time it happened to me, but it's an easy fix. Put them both in the box and close box. Open the box and they should both be red, if not adjust them a little while in the box until they are. Pull them both out of the at the same time and put up to your ears. You'll hear: "On" and a moment or two later, you'll hear "connected". Just because they are "connected" doesn't mean they are paired. When the headphones are paired, (only) the left one will flash blue and red. You can use both, or just return one to the box for using in only one ear. Also, I found it helpful to turn off the "bluetooth" option on my phone when connecting to my computer - t's important to become familiar with where and how the bluetooth is connected. I also had to remove the headphones from my computer "devices" and just go through the device connection process again. This YouTube explains it very well -------> This YouTube video is the best explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFk1z0esQys
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're having troubles with your Sesh EVO headphones. The first step in troubleshooting this device is to reset the connection between the buds, then pair it once again. Please follow these instructions to perform a reset on this device. 1.) Unpair and forget your SESH® EVO in your paired Bluetooth device list 2.) Turn off both buds by holding the buttons for 2 seconds. 3.) Touch and hold each bud for 10 seconds to completely reset them. You'll see the LEDs flash blue first, then red. 4.) Put both buds back in the case until the LED light is red. 5.) Both buds will automatically power ON and the LED’s will simultaneously flash BLUE while they sync to each other. 6.) You will hear a tone to indicate the sync was successful and ONLY the LEFT bud will begin to flash RED/BLUE. 7.) At this time, turn on your device’s Bluetooth and look for SESH® EVO in your list of Available Bluetooth devices. Please make sure it only appears once, and select it. 8.) Once successfully paired, a voice prompt will notify you are now “Connected”
