Step 1, unpair your previous earbuds. Step 2, put them in the case and take them out. Step 3, once it's flashing, find the one thats says "Evo Sesh". Should connect easier that way. Now, remember all of them need to be out in order to pair them in sync. (If there are multiple "Evo sesh" just unpair and find the one that connects them both.

After you reset, make sure you take both of them out of the charge box, they both will be blinking blue (pairing/connecting) go to your cell bluetooth list and you will see ' candy sesh' or 'sesh' connect to those and you should be set. i think when u paired u only paired with one and the other piece never paired with your original 1st piece
