You may have gotten a bad pair. Exchange them. These are great earbuds and hold a very long charge

Please try again later.Make sure to have the correct left and right side buds in the side they are intended for and sometimes the magnet that draws them in isnt strong enough to connect so you may have to apply a bit of pressure until the light comes on. even a little wiggle helps mine every once in awhile to draw the prongs to their correct location.
