“I bought these in Dec 2020 and haven't used them much because they are never charged when I go to use them. In the case they will stop charging, unless I prod them or replace them every so often. There is no debris on the pins. Anyone else? Please help!”

I have the same issue. I put them in the case to charge walk away, and when I come back later, the lights are off on them. I pick them up and replace them and they are still red and start charging again.

Mine charge and stay charged for a long time. I pull them out of case after weeks and they are fully-charged.

Mine charges ok. I just can not get my to pair so I have not used them since I purchased them.
