Are the small enough to fit a 8 year old child ? null

I have small ears and have been having trouble finding earbuds that fit my ears. I have decided on these, so I think they will work!

Yes. Use the earpieces to adjust for comfort and fit.

It fits my ear shapes (33yo) not sure about different ages and they stay in most of the time I recommend these or the other skullcandy bluetooth before buying a more popular brand . These sound good are light and charges fast.

We would recommend our Cassette junior for children.
