• Yes as you use any phone charger, Chargers handle 110/220.

• Both, there's no plug included within the box, so you can either charge them via a USB port or use your own 110-220 compatible plug (most are compatible i.e. apple 12w plug, Samsung chargers) if not best buy sells adapters and converters if you want to play it safe, but I don't recommend this as most plugs that are made today are compatible with those voltage types.

• Yes, but only if the adapter that they are plugged into is 110 V / 220 V AC compatible - All these devices (sound pods, Bluetooth speakers, phones, tablets etc.) expect 5V DC as input: It is the adapter that you have to check.
