Unless I’m not doing it correctly, I could only get them to pair to one device. I tried pairing to two devices with no luck.

It'll connect to the device you we're on previously automatically, ensure that the earbuds are disconnected from your phone for example before you connect them to your computer.

As a note you can have the headphones saved on each device just be sure to follow the steps above for when you'd like to use them.
