• Yes, you can. That's the reason they are IP55 rated, so that they can stand the sweat. Also, the other customers that are having problems with the earphones falling down, I don't know if this is the case, but they should try a different size of ear gels that fit better on their hearing conduct.

• Not quite for the active users. It tends to fall off since it has not so good support while being active too much.

• Most definitely I Uber and I don’t like to play the navigation directions out loud so I use these and they work well

• I would not recommend wearing the pods while doing physical activities as there are chances any of them can fall down.
