“Not connections to iPhone or ipad I bought this headset from Best Buy and it connects to my nexus but it doesn't connect to my iPad of iPhone, any ideas to fix it”

Double-check that bluetooth is on your iPhone and/or iPad. When you turn on your earbuds, make sure you keep the mid-button by your volume buttons pressed until the LED on the strap turns on blue, and flashes red every now and then. Look for your device on the bluetooth interface of your iPhone or iPad, should be named SB2 Wireless I believe.

And that you dont actively have them paired and in use on another device when pairing/using with your iPhone or iPad.. Make sure their pairing mode and voila! They should work just fine!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What iPhone do you have? These connect without issue to my 6s, and the microphone works wonderfully. Have you made sure they're all the way plugged in? There are a couple "notches" in the input and it has to be clicked all the way down.
