• In your settings on your computer look for Bluetooth devices go there the go to add new device make shour you hed set is on

• Your computer needs to be bluetooth compatible. I don't know anything about a USB Bluetooth adapter.

• I went to settings on my laptop and turned on Bluetooth. It then did a search and Uproar Wireless showed up. It said Ready to pair. I clicked on that to pair my headphones to my laptop. I am running Windows 10.
