“After I got my venue, there was a problem few week later (now). The headphone pause button led is red which mean it is low battery but when I press the power button, it show as 100%(four light) and it won’t shut off at all.Can you please help me out out.”

• Known issue. Cant be fixed. BB Geek Squad said it doeant effect performance so is not retunable or fixable under warranty

• Hold the power button until all the lights come.on then release . The headphones well shut down. Make sure you dont touch any buttons until they shut all the way down or they will reboot and come back on
