• Did you check and make sure the volume is turned up on the earbud volume control?

• You can try to reconnect bluetooth. First disconnect it- settings>bluetooth>select Method Wireless> Disconnect. Once you are done disconnecting it, reconnect Method Wireless in bluetooth and it should work.
