• Not yet. From what have read Skybell is working on an app for the PC but has not released it yet.

• I think if your PC can use Google play or Apple store to download skybell app you'll be fine.

• Skybell is way to expensive for this. You can pickup security devices\cams in ordinary objects like clocks, picture frames or fire detectors for under $30.
