This is a little ambiguous so I'm going to try to answer it hopefully the way you intended. Anyone could create an event for the day on the Skylight, so a parent could enter the time for drop off or pickup if you have a color assigned to the child with their name. You would just have to instruct them how to do it. On the flip side, if one of your employees was recording it, they could either do it from the Skylight app or manually do the same thing. Note: The Skylight app is not free and is an annual charge.
