- Answer Hello Ron! No, you must purchase a wifi plan through Skyroam in order to use your Solis device. You can connect your cellphone to the device though once everything is set up.

QuestionI am looking for a device to use as a hotspot in car while traveling for Kindle tablets for children while on vacation. I will only need for a week. Can you tell me if this is the correct device I need. Which plan you suggest for "as need basis"?

QuestionIf you only use this for like weekend camping can you start and stop the plan? Say for instance you choose the $9/day plan, can you use it for 2 or 3 days and then stop it until you need it again?

- Answer Hello John! If there are cellular towers in the area where you will be, then yes. But since Skyroam depends on cellular towers for connection, if there aren't any Skyroam will not work.
