“I am looking for an alternative to internet service. I have only one provider in my area and it is sketchy at best. I am in a rural area. Is there any guarantee or trial period if I try this product and it DOESN'T work in my area?”

• When you get the device it gives with a day of service prepaid so you would be able to see if it’s what you expect.

• Hello Bryn, We do not have trial periods or specific guarantees. You are able to return the device within 30 days once we verify it's still in good working condition. But this is only for the device, not the service.
