I have my settings on EPIC, with the NVIDIA boost+ on and the DLSS all the way up I get around 120-130 fps. I also turned off ray tracing. If on low you could definitely hit your max 144fps. I tweaked my graphics settings in game to get a balance of good fps and image quality. You can do some other things in setting as well to help boost fps like turning off replays etc. I bought this PC mainly for fortnite. What happened me tune my setting was to jump in creative mode change a few things and go back. Some setting changes will make you exit the entire game to make the actual change. So in short yes, you can get high fps. Just have to sacrifice some things. But I didn't have to sacrifice too much of my EPIC settings.
