prolly hdmi or monitor problem, certain monitor that have hdr on can make the screen freeze.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you talking about game stuttering? If so, it usually isn't the spec's fault. Have you tried updating to the latest version of windows? You could also turn off the game's full screen optimization. If you don't know how to do it you could look it up. Other than that you could also try to simply hard reset your computer.
