Answering my own question because mine arrived, no it does not. The second M.2 slot on the motherboard is only usable by 11th gen Intel chips(this has a 10th gen). Best solution I found(if you are not using the PCIe lanes for something else) was a (Startech) SSD PCIe M.2 Adapter which is just a card with a M.2 slot on it. Not world ending but if you just want expanded storage a 2.5/3.5 drive is the way to go for this prebuilt.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is an additional M.2 slot right under the Intel stock cooler which is fairly accessible. I do recommend removing the GPU as it is quite big and bulky, but it doesnt need to be.
