Can I add a SSD to this PC? null

You can add an additional SSD to the PC as it has an additional M.2 slot right under the stock Intel cooler. It is fairly accessible and doesnt require the GPU to be removed, but I do recommend it for ease of access as the GPU is quite bulky. But you can still reach it even without removing it.
