- Answer You have 4 ram slots. It comes with one 8gb DDR4 strip at 3000. I upgraded the ram with two 8gb strips from Corsair at 3200 and it works perfectly.

QuestionIs there a DVI port to connect to monitor? Was sent a similar model from another company with no DVI port. Had to return due to part being out of stock.

- Answer The system comes with an SSD drive, about 500gb. I did install a 1tb HDD and it works fine. Also, there are plenty of 3.0 USB ports for external drives.

Questionwhy does the specs say it has a gtx 1650 super but the picture says rtx?

- Answer The picture is most likely from another PC but you can trust the BestBuy certified specifications that say GTX 1650 Super. Also, it gets 60+ FPS in 95% of games. But the most impressive is Minecraft; which runs at 900 FPS.
