Hello skyward, Unfortunately this PC does not leave a lot of room for an additional stream card, but you should be able to use the plug and play Elgato HD60S+ with no issues from what we can confirm using Elgato's official articles. Though your PC is an i3 and not an i5 like they recommend, it does exceed the recommended clock speed of 2 Ghz.
