• You could upgrade it after the fact yourself. As far as I’m aware you cannot upgrade the ram before you buy.

• We don't provide customization service on prebuilt PCs. You can upgrade the RAM later by yourself though. Just kindly note that the upgraded RAM will not be covered by the warranty.
