By GHz I assume you mean the speed of the processor. The base clock speed is 2.9 GHz, which boosts to 4.3 under a heavy load. It cannot be increased as the chip is multiplier locked, but you wouldn't want to overclock a lower spec CPU like that anyways. 4.3 GHz is more than enough of a boost clock speed for the GPU it comes with.
