QuestionIs it guaranteed that I can buy another SSD and have an open port to install it? I'll need more memory than 1TB and want to install another SSD but I can't tell from the picture whether or not there will be an available port for it.

QuestionI see the biggest complaint on the reviews is the Fan control. Are you now supplying remotes to control the fan speed or is there now a software that I can control it with? I read one person said they requested a remote and it controlled the fan speed.
