• Download the Asus rgb software because it is an Asus motherboard if that doesn't work go to system information and find your motherboard brand and download the corresponding software.

• If you're talking about the fans there should be an oval shaped button on a rectangular piece of black plastic that will cycle the colors. I think you can download controller software too
