“My 260-a114 seems to be running hot. Win 10 - 1809; There is no case fan. Are these numbers ok ? CPU = 130 degrees; Motherboard = 96 degrees; graphics 124 degrees; hard drive= 94 degrees. I am running 16 gb Ram. If not , what can I do ?”

"Those temps are not typical, however it sounds like you have modified the components in the as the 260-A114 model should only have 4GB of RAM. I would recommend reaching out to HP support or the Best Buy Geek Squad for assistance with your temps." I bought this PC from Best Buy. One would think that you all would be familiar with the specifications. I have modified nothing. This PC is sold with with 4GB Ram. Per HP Specs: 16 GB is supported for 64bit PC's. I am mostly concerned with this PC not having a case fan. I took the panel off and am running a fan into the innards. Now. CPU= 117 degrees MB = 78 degrees Graphics = 119 degrees Storage = 78 degrees each for 2. You are right. I should have taken this question to HP Support. thanx.
