To watch the same program yes. You won't be able to tune in two different shows on the two tvs

If your answer is yes, you have a different set up in the house, like the Direct TV have a Home Network Feature activated it involves more hardware and monthly premiums per month, I can watch all the DVR recordings from all the TV in the house. Installing the M2 Sling Box is just a remote access to watch all the DVR any where in the world with the proper speed, specially the Upload speed where the Sling location.
