There should be a code with the offer when you purchase a new device. If you cannot find it, contact Sling TV via website. https://www.sling.com. I never found a phone number so that could be a challenge.

UPON CALLING THEM ALL I HEAR IS CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL----- WE SENT IT.. BULL! AND BULL. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SENT NOTHING AND CONTINUE TO STATE THEY CANNOT RESEND A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER.. NO TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME EITHER. . MY ACCT CONTINUES TO SAY FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS ORDER PROCESSING.. ONCE I RECEIVE MY ORDER I INTEND TO CANCEL THE ACCT. I CREATED WITH THEM DUE TO EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..
