• A:Answer Typically they charge for installation but it’s very easy to install, even myself which I have never done it. Watched a you tube video and went for it. Takes only couple minutes.

• A:Answer The same thing happened when we tried to use it. Hubby didn’t see a good way to make it work. Was concerned that if they were put back in, they might fall out without us knowing and the vent would overheat. We returned this item.

Q: QuestionThe washer dryer combo all in one is ventless. It specifcally states that venting is not required. The name is LG Combo Washer Dryer all in one. Model # LGWM3488HW. So why is a Smart Choice Dryer Vent required for me to purchase this ?

Q: QuestionDoes the periscope kit have everything I need to install my dryer on this type of vent box that goes upward in the wall? I attached the picture. The box on the wall goes upward and doesn’t directly stick out. Do I need to buy anything additional?

• A:Answer No, this wouldn't work with what you have. You only need a flexible hose and two hose clamps. I wish our house had that set up.
