Q: QuestionThe previous dishwasher was connected straight to breaker (no outlet). Is an outlet required for the dishwasher installation?

• A:Answer No you do not need an outlet, you can use the existing wiring and hook it back up the way your old dishwasher was. Just omit the power cord instructions when using the rest of the installation kit.
