You will need a two-way splitter and water line to make the steam feature work. The steam feature feeds off of the cold water side. However, my dryer came with a rubber hose and the splitter so there was no need to purchase this item separately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the only way the steam function will work is if you hook the dryer up to a water source. That is what the brass "Y" fitting is for. One hose connects from that fitting to the dryer and the other that came with your washer obviously goes to the washer.
