“Can I reuse these if I am moving my dryer to another house? I heard washer/dryer hoses should never be reused once disconnected (something about the o rings?)”

If its been in place for a number of years then cheap insurance is to trash the hoses and install new. Or, flip a coin and hope for the best! There are no 'o-rings', just regular hose (like garden hose) washers at each end that connects to your water source and at the machine end.
