If you have black white and copper line you can run a 3 prong with a 50 amp breaker
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The instructions usually allow them to be wired either way.....I prefer 4 wire 220v.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Though I do not know or wish to know where you live, I believe you must have a minimum of 4 prongs. I have lived in many areas of the USA and have bought seveal cords for my dryers over the years. I have kept them and sometimes reused one of them when I moved. There are several plug configurations which can require 4 or 5 prongs. The local electrical code and your electrician will decide which wall plug you are required to install. The wall plug that is installed to meet code requirements will determine which plug or cord you will need. The people who install your stove should know what is required by the local electrical code and have the correct wall plug on their truck when they deliver the stove.
