I bought it with refrigerator and it came when delivered, however they refused to install it.

We pain to have our old fridge hauled off so I don't know if they will move your old fridge to the garage but they will move it out of the way to install the new one. I was disappointed that the installer said he could not hook up our ice maker to our existing copper water line. All the parts and instructions to do so were in the kit and I am not plumber and was about to install it myself in about a half hour. I think the guy was just lazy and wanted to move on. I would not count on the delivery crew having the part in the truck.

They will also remove your old refrigerator and haul it away for a fee of $20. They will probably moved the old one to your storage at not cost.

When they came to install it, they refused to take off the old line and put in a new line because there was no shut off. But, my daughter was home and didn't understand what they were telling her. She said they need to disconnect the old line but couldn't. I took it off myself and capped the water line ready for them to install on a second trip. When a second installer came, he didn't install the water line because there was no shut off valve. My wife called me at work and I talked to the installer. He explained but didn't tell me what to get, just get the info from the store where we bought it from. I talked to service at Best Buy and was told that Home Depot would have shut off valves for fridges and they would be able to tell me which one I need. I have to get the part, which I am still not sure any, and have someone take time out of their day, to wait at home for them to get this done. Why wouldn't Best Buy have this information for us when we purchase the fridge so it can be handled by the first installer?

You have to pay $20 before delivery for them to take off the old frig, not sure if they will move to the garage. You may have to pay the delivery man extra to do that. They are independent workers
