“I recently had a new counterdepth refrigerator installed with a stainless steel water line. My husband insists that the fridge can't be pushed back all the way because it will bend the water line 90 degrees and cause a leak. Is this true?”

• If the water line comes straight out of the wall you need to add a 90 degree fitting first then attach the water line. This way you won’t bend the hose.

• I would rather have that problem than the line breaking because it is plastic.

• I think fridge can be pushed and not affect the water lines.
