“I have a waterline already, I did purchase the recommend water line. Will I need to drill a larger hole on the back side of my cabinets or will they do that for me? And if so what’s the diameter of the hose”

Unless your current water line is unusual, the new one should simply replace the old one!

I installed the fridge and water line myself and I tied it in to the main water supply line for the house using a saddle valve. The water line is 1/2 inch in diameter.

They forwarded my call to the warehouse / installers and I was able to ask them specific questions about my existing water line and if they would be able to accommodate my setup. So I would think they could answer your questions for you as well.
