“Purchased a new refrigerator and has an ice maker and water dispenser. I will need to hook-up the line to a bathroom pipe which runs behind the kitchen wall about 3 feet from where the refrigerator is. Can geek squad run and connect to pipe?”

They told me they don’t do anything the plumber does. Won’t drill through cabinets or risk damaging any walls in the property and basically they just replace an old or broken pre existing water line and plug it into the fridge for you

The first installers for my new fridge would not even disconnect the water for my old fridge as the shutoff valve was not right behind it (it’s in the basement like 90% of the people on earth). You’ll have to call a licensed plumber for this new hookup and quite frankly, you’ll want to. By the way, typically they will run the line from under your sink which is closer than the bathroom often times. Do yourself a favor and have the new fridge delivered first. As I mentioned, without a shutoff valve right behind the fridge, which would be very expensive to install, the GeekSquad installers won’t even hook up the water to the fridge for you. They don’t tell you this in the store.
