“I already have a plastic water line connected to my current fridge. I don't see how this stainless steel one would work as my plastic one goes through a small hole in the floor that this new one wouldnt fit. Can they just re-use the one I already have?”

It's always best to replace your waterlines. The geek squad knows what to do trust them. I had a small plastic line too.

Had they performed like a professional business, which they were not in my case, then I would have been more than happy to help with your question.
