Please try again later.Not sure I fully understand the question but it you should note that Smart Burners are made of Cast Iron so they will take a little bit longer to cool down than regular coils. Smart Burners are designed not to get hotter than 667 degrees F and prevent auto ignition of most cooking oils - which can ignite when temperature exceeds 700 degrees F. Since they are made of Cast Iron the Smart Burner will prevent any unattended cooking fire and they will cook your food more evenly with less energy consumption. Hope that helps.
