I have seen some retailers offer more than a 2 year year warranty, but that is usually up to that particular retailer to do so. I can for sure tell you that the literature that accompanies this product indicates a 2 year warranty. By the way, I love my product and I'm definitely enjoying it.

You may be referring to the return/exchange period. Best Buy normal return period would apply. You may not see full results within the return period but you should see noticeable results to help you determine if it’s something you would want to keep.
