“Why doesn't the SD card Flash Storage work? I'm using SanDisk 128GB and formatted exFAT in Windows but the app says SD card isn't formatted. Manual says FAT32 and exFAT should both work with 128 GB SD card”

Brand response from Snaptain Team Please make sure the SD card works properly before using. Also, the formats of SD cards interfere with taking pictures and recording videos. Please check the following tips to see if they work. 1. Try formatting your SD card to the FAT32 format on your computer. 2. If your computer does not have the FAT32 option, you can enter the app and tap the SD card icon to format the SD card. 3. Insert the SD card before turning on the drone. 4.
