When using the charging hub, please make sure to plug into the Type-C port. The charging hub charges the batteries one by one, prioritizing the battery with higher remaining power. Once a battery is fully charged, its indicator light will turn off. Also, could you please try the following tips to see if they help? 1. Make sure you are using a 9V/12V adapter that supports fast charging protocols. 2. Ensure that the charging cable is working properly and firmly plugged in. Using another USB-C charging cable to have a try. 3. Please check the battery terminals/connections, verify the charging hub for damage or loose connectors.
