QuestionCan this product be stored outdoors (under a tarp) in all weather conditions? Can the batteries be removed and stored indoors? Can the batteries be removed for charging,or do they need to be charged inside the unit?

- Answer IDK about storage but as seen in the images there are four removable batteries. And there are two chargers as well, noted in the description.

- Answer Dear BestBuy Customer, The Snow Joe 24V-X4-SB24 weighs at approximately 147.7 pounds. The main components like the auger and motor are already pre-assembled for your convenience. You'll only need to attach the handles, chute and deflector. Box dimensions will be Length 45.25 inches, Width 27.75 inches, Height 32.5 inches. I hope this information is helpful. QuestionDoes the unit require all four batteries to function? In the event one battery does not work can you mix battery capacities? For instance use 3 (12ah) batteries and 1 (10ah)?

- Answer Dear BestBuy Customer, This unit needs all 4 (12Ah) batteries to operate. The unit is not designed to operate with a different type of Battery Ah. QuestionHow long will this item blow snow before needing to be recharged given an average amount of snowfall 6-10 inches?

- Answer Dear BestBuy Customer, We're sorry, we can't give you an exact run time because it depends on some factors like how the unit is being used and the conditions it is used in. The denser the snow, the harder your snow blower will have to work and the faster the batter will drain. But the life span of our battery is up to 400 charges. I hope this information is helpful. QuestionI live in No.VA, site says the product is not available to any stores within 250mi. of my location, but once I had it in my cart, delivery was not available as an option either. So how do I go about purchasing this nationally advertised daily deal?
