• I've had my pair for just shy of 2 years, and had no problems. I even carry mine in a front pocket. Rarely do they tangle, and due to the flat cord, they untangle easily.

• an unbreakable set of earphones does not exist. it's a matter of equipment plus user care sorry if I could find an unbreakable set. but I recently washed a set and the pause forward and reverse controls still work best wishes v

• depending on how hard you are on your cables. My 12 year old went through these in two weeks. They did sound good but I can't recommend.

• Have been using them the same way I use all my previous headphones that broke(would stop playing music in 1 ear) & still in perfect condition. Have a job that is very rough on headphones.

• I bought these like 3 weeks ago and they broke down on me. The wires are awful. The music kept cutting off after a while. I was very disappointed. Stay away from Sol Republic ear buds.

• Anything Sol Republic is going to be good! Those ones are really nice quality. However one recommendation I would make is to buy the Geek Squad Protection, I have owned some amazing headphones, and none have lasted more than 2 years, and with Geek Squad Protection they can replace them if they break down before that time.
