• If your T.V has a Bluetooth radio, then they should work. Just make sure that the Bluetooth on your tv is turned on, and the headphones will show up under the name "Shadow."

• If your Smart has bluetooth capabilities, it should work. However if it does not, you may want to check if there is a bluetooh adapter that you can add to the TV to give it bluetooth capabilities.
