Only Arlo Pro 2 or above camera's have this ability and it requires a subscription to activate and use that feature. But yes the solar panel will allow that. The camera just has to be connected to a power source.

The camera will consume more energy than the solar panel can keep up with. You could always try a larger panel from another company that matches the wall charger output.
