Can you somehow charge 2 cameras with 1 solar panel? null

Possibly with some sort of aftermarket cord. Arlo does not sell a connector to be able to do this. It may, however, just slow down the need for charging rather than keeping the camera completely charged due to it having to charge two cameras.

no it only charges one at a time and only if it is warm out if it is too cold it won't charge.

No you cannot. It plugs directly into a single camera.
