• Your are still on battery use while connected to the solar panel. The solar panel is an excellent product that is used to consistently keep the battery charged while the ring stick up cam is in use. The solar panel does require sunlight to charge the battery. Wired on the other hand means your ring stick up cam is connected into an electrical charge like wires.
